About Us

Adam R. Hill began the private practice of law following his work with a downtown Nashville law firm in 2010, where he concentrated his practice in civil litigation.  Adam is a dedicated litigator and advocate, and has worked across the Mid-State on behalf of clients in civil cases, specifically including fraud and consumer protection, personal injury, probate, wills and estates.  Adam focuses his practice as a private fiduciary for special needs trusts and conservatorships, as well as varying roles for the Davidson County Probate Court.  
Adam graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where he earned awards for his work in Ethics and Professionalism, Advanced Trial Advocacy, and served on the Moot Court Board Managing Counsel.  Adam spent his first year of law school at the University of Memphis where he achieved distinction for his work in Torts and Civil Procedure and earned Best Oral Advocate in the first year Moot Court competition.  During law school, Adam served as a summer clerk for Senior Judge John T. Nixon of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.  Adam is a graduate of Davidson College and Montgomery Bell Academy.
